Turning sheet in after the designated due date (typically the 1st of the month) Contact information (email or phone #) is missing from sheet Hours worked information is missing from sheet Hours worked data has been adjusted up (crossed out, blacked out) in sponsor signature area Deceptive service description Creation of fake service hours or forgery of sponsor signature Tampering with the NHS opportunities page Member violates the school rules/handbook (a.k.a. detentions) GPA drops below 3.5 Member commits to service on the opportunities page then fails to show up Member caught cheating Member caught on social media, displaying inappropriate behavior, using inappropriate language, bullying, or not upholding the NHS Pillars of Character and Leadership. |
